# Add Memory

Add a new memory to your Hyperspell Sandbox by entering a name and body content, then saving it. Memories are arbitrary documents (text, emails, transcripts, etc.) that are indexed and made available to your AI applications.

## Steps

1. Click "Sandbox" option
2. Click "Add Memory" tab
3. Click generic
4. Type into "Memory name (optional)" textbox
5. Click "Body" textbox
6. Type into "Body" textbox
7. Click "Add Memory" button
