# Update Timezone

This workflow updates your account timezone in LIAM from America/Los Angeles to America/New York. Use this when you relocate or need to adjust the timezone for accurate email scheduling and task timing.

## Steps

1. Click "Profile" link
2. Click "Timezone Timezone used by Liam for this account. America/Los Angeles" button
3. Click "America/Los Angeles" combobox
4. Click "America/New York" combobox
5. Click "Save timezone" button
