Guide
Close Application
Overview
ProjectX Infinity is a cloud-based application platform designed for comprehensive system operations. When you finish your work session or need to terminate the application, a proper shutdown ensures all processes are halted gracefully and system resources are released. This workflow guides you through the two-step closure process required by the application's interface.
Before you begin
- The ProjectX Infinity application (infinity.projectx.cloud) must be open and accessible in your browser
- You must have permission to close/stop the application (typically granted to all users)
Step by step
CloseClick the Close button to initiate the application shutdown sequence. This signals to ProjectX Infinity that you intend to terminate the session and allows the application to prepare for closure.
StopClick the Stop button to complete the shutdown and fully terminate all running processes associated with ProjectX Infinity. This is the final step that ensures the application is completely closed.
Confirm it worked
- 1The Close button click should trigger a shutdown sequence or confirmation dialog
- 2After clicking Stop, the application window or process should terminate and no longer display active content
- 3Your browser tab or window for infinity.projectx.cloud should show a closed/unavailable state, or return to a login screen
