Overview

Infinity ProjectX Cloud provides a centralized app drawer that consolidates access to all available applications in your workspace. The app drawer is a core navigation feature that enables you to discover, search, and launch applications without navigating through multiple menus. This is especially useful when working across many integrated tools and services within the ProjectX platform, allowing you to maintain productivity by quickly finding the application you need.

Before you begin

  • You must have an active Infinity ProjectX Cloud account and be logged in to infinity.projectx.cloud
  • The app drawer interface must be loaded in your browser (no browser extensions or security policies blocking UI elements)

Step by step

ClickApp Drawer (Ctrl+Alt+A)

Open the app drawer by clicking the App Drawer button in the top navigation. This button is labeled 'App Drawer (Ctrl+Alt+A)' and provides quick access to all applications available in your ProjectX environment.

Tip. You can also open the app drawer using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+A (Cmd+Alt+A on Mac) for faster access without reaching for the mouse.

TypeSearch apps...

Search for a specific application by typing in the 'Search apps...' text field. As you type, the app list will filter in real time to show only applications matching your search term.

Tip. The search is typically case-insensitive and matches partial application names, so typing a few characters of the app name you're looking for is usually sufficient.

Confirm it worked

  1. 1The app drawer modal or panel opens on your screen, displaying a list of available applications
  2. 2A search input field labeled 'Search apps...' is visible and ready for input
  3. 3Typing in the search field filters the application list to show matching results
